Located in the courtyard The Transition Festival is for families of all students with disabilities that have an IEP or Section 504 Plan, in grades K-12, who want information on a path to support their child while in school. The resources provided by community agencies at the Festival help families and students plan their future as they transition to adult life, educational, and/or work environments. BREAKOUT SESSIONS Located in the Auditorium 9:15 am Project 10; 10:00 am Vocational Rehabilitation (VR); 10:45 am Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD); 11:30 am Guardianship.
